  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal within 7 days of receiving your equipment to log a formal return request with your order number.

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included; our technical team will review the claim to confirm the item is in unused condition.

  Secure Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate a secure pickup through our authorized logistics partners to safely transport the power equipment back to our central warehouse.

  Refund Processing

  After a final inspection at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.
